Filing a Claim

If you need to call after hours, the following companies offer 24 hours / 7 days availability for you to call in your claim:

• Commerce Auto & Home - 1-800-221-1605 (24 hours, 7 days a week)
• Plymouth Rock - 1-888-324-1620 (24 hours, 7 days a week)
  

What you need to report in a claim:

• Details of the accident (location, date, time, etc.).
• A copy of the police report, if they were contacted.
• Information of the other party involved (vehicle, name, insurance company etc.).
• Any injuries that occurred as a result of the accident.

To call in a claim on company’s first report line:
You need the info listed above and your policy number.

If you call in directly to your company we get a written notice of the claim and all the details from the company.
