Filing a Claim

If you need to call after hours, the following companies offer 24 hours / 7 days availability for you to call in your claim:
- Commerce Auto & Home - 1-800-221-1605 (24 hours, 7 days a week)
- Plymouth Rock - 1-888-324-1620 (24 hours, 7 days a week)
What you need to report in a claim:
- Details of the accident (location, date, time, etc.).
- A copy of the police report, if they were contacted.
- Information of the other party involved (vehicle, name, insurance company etc.).
- Any injuries that occurred as a result of the accident.
To call in a claim on company’s first report line:
You need the info listed above and your policy number.
If you call in directly to your company we get a written notice of the claim and all the details from the company.
If you have any problems or concerns along the way please be sure to contact us. Although you can now call the claim in directly to speed up the process we are still here for you if any problems or concerns arise.
